DIGITAL TWIN BEST PRACTICE

The aim of the Bosch project presented here is to develop a method for online simulation of an induction hardening process: the underlying process model is designed to improve quality, production stability and efficiency by evaluating complex process parameters that cannot be easily researched through experimentation. Using model order reduction and metamodeling techniques, Bosch is currently developing a digital twin of the technology.
