Do you know what is happening in your production right now?
Most production managers know the situation: figures arrive too late, are already out of date, or first have to be gathered from different sources. That makes it difficult to base decisions on reliable, up-to-date information.
We spend three hours at your site looking at how information is created, passed on and used in your production. From the machine to the decision. Together, we focus on one production area of your choice.
Afterwards, you will know where transparency is being lost and which next steps will make the biggest difference.
For manufacturing companies in Switzerland with 30 or more employees.
Companies we work with

Companies we work with
From the shop floor to the decision: we show you where transparency is being lost and where digitalisation can create real value.
Do any of these situations sound familiar?
The Digitalisation Check is particularly useful if one or more of the following applies to your company.
Employees spend a lot of time searching for, transferring or coordinating information.
You lack a clear view of what is happening in your production right now.
Breaks between systems or media make it difficult for information to flow smoothly between the teams involved.
The same information is entered more than once. Data is spread across ERP, production data collection systems, maintenance systems, Excel or paper.
You want to digitalise processes but are unsure which topics should take priority.
You are planning a digitalisation project or new software and would like an outside perspective before moving ahead.
How the Digitalisation Check works
The visit takes around three hours and takes place directly at your site. To make the best use of that time, we clarify the basics beforehand.

Short questionnaire beforehand
Once the appointment is confirmed, you receive a short questionnaire. In around 20 minutes, you give us an initial overview of your company, the production area we will focus on and the systems you use.
This allows us to prepare and get straight to the point when we arrive.

Shop-floor walk-through and deeper dive
Together, we walk through the selected production area and speak with the people involved. We follow the flow of materials and information and look at how work is actually done day to day.
We then take a closer look at specific examples, systems and interfaces.

Initial feedback on site
At the end of the visit, we share our key observations and initial assessment. Together, we check that we have understood your processes and challenges correctly.
We then develop the concrete recommendations after the visit.

Written recommendations
After the visit, we summarise our findings and prioritise the next steps.
Within two weeks, you receive our written recommendations, which we then review with you in a follow-up discussion.

We carry out the check ourselves
We are both on site for every Digitalisation Check, bringing two perspectives to your production: processes and organisation, and systems and technology.

Teresa Alberts
Processes & Organisation
Teresa looks at processes, information flows and how the teams involved work together. She examines where transparency is lacking and which issues matter most for your company.

Fabian Müller
Systems & Technology
Fabian looks at the systems in use, interfaces and data flows. He assesses how IT and production work together and where technical changes could provide meaningful support.
